By completing a transaction with 305Timepieces, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations
305Timepieces offers shipping services:
Within the United States
Internationally, on a case-by-case basis
International shipments are subject to additional review, fees, customs regulations, and destination-specific requirements.
2. Shipping Methods
All shipments are handled using trusted, insured carriers appropriate for high-value items. Depending on the transaction, shipping may include:

The specific carrier and service level will be determined based on the item value, destination, and customer preference.
3. Insurance
All outbound shipments arranged by 305Timepieces are insured for their declared value.
Insurance coverage applies only while the item is in transit.
Once delivery is confirmed, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If you arrange your own shipping, insurance coverage becomes your responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, insurance value, and service level.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is marked delivered by the carrier.
Any claims for loss or damage during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery.
We will assist with insurance claims where applicable, but outcomes are subject to carrier and insurer review.
8. International Shipping & Customs

The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

9. Shipping Watches to 305Timepieces (Sell or Trade)
When shipping a watch to us:

The sender is responsible for proper packaging unless instructed otherwise.
