Return Policy

At 305Timepieces, we understand that purchasing a luxury watch is an important investment. We are committed to transparency and want you to feel confident in every transaction. The following policy outlines our return guidelines clearly and fairly.


Return Eligibility

Return Window
Eligible items must be reported and shipped back within 4 days of the delivery date. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Condition Requirements
Returned watches must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with no signs of wear or alteration. All original items must be included, such as boxes, warranty cards, manuals, tags, and any accessories provided at delivery.

Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return:

  • Special orders or custom requests
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Sourced watches
  • Watches listed as Price on Request

All sales for these categories are final. If you have questions before purchasing, we strongly encourage contacting us beforehand.


How to Request a Return

Step 1: Contact Our Team
Please email our customer support team to request return approval. Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA).

Step 2: Prepare the Shipment
Securely package the watch using the original packaging and include all accompanying materials. The RMA number must be clearly referenced to avoid processing delays.

Step 3: Ship the Item
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a fully insured, trackable shipping service such as FedEx or DHL.


Refunds

Inspection & Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14–28 business days.

Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Please contact us if you need clarification before proceeding.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Authenticity Assurance

If you have any concerns regarding the authenticity of your timepiece, please notify us immediately upon delivery. Every watch we sell is verified, and our team will promptly address any questions or concerns.


Additional Conditions & Exceptions

  • Items showing wear, damage, or signs of use after delivery will not be accepted
  • Promotional or sale purchases may have restricted or no return eligibility
  • Sourced watches are final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances

This Return Policy outlines the terms under which items purchased from 305Timepieces (“we,” “our,” or “us”) may be eligible for return.

Due to the nature of luxury timepieces and market volatility, all sales are subject to the conditions below.


1. All Sales Final – General Policy

Unless explicitly stated in writing prior to purchase:

All sales are final.

Luxury watches are high-value, condition-sensitive items, and pricing is based on current market conditions. As such, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Market value fluctuations

  • Personal preference after delivery


2. Return Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)

A return may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is materially different from the description provided at the time of sale

  • The item was damaged during shipment (see Section 5)

Any return request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.


3. Condition Requirements for Returns

If a return is approved, the item must:

  • Be in exactly the same condition as when shipped

  • Show no signs of wear, resizing, modification, or use

  • Include all original accessories (box, papers, links, tags, documentation)

Any item that fails inspection will be returned to the buyer at their expense.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are strictly non-returnable:

  • Special orders or sourced watches

  • Custom requests or acquisitions

  • Watches sold “as is” or at a discounted price

  • Trades and trade-in transactions

  • International sales (unless required by law)


5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  2. Retain all original packaging

  3. Do not wear or alter the item

Damage claims are subject to carrier and insurance investigation. Claims reported outside the required timeframe may be denied.


6. Return Authorization Process

All returns require prior written authorization.

7. Return Shipping & Insurance

  • Approved returns must be shipped using a fully insured, trackable service

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Risk of loss remains with the sender until the item is received and inspected by 305Timepieces


8. Refund Processing

If a return is approved and accepted:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days after inspection approval

  • Original shipping, insurance, and transaction fees are non-refundable


9. Trades & Sell-Back Transactions

All sell, trade, and trade-in transactions are final once completed.

Payments issued for sold watches are non-reversible unless fraud or misrepresentation is proven.


10. Right to Refuse Returns

305Timepieces reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
